Stigg calculates monthly paying customers by counting the number of unique paying subscriptions you activate over a 30-day period. We only count unique paid subscriptions, renewals and one-time purchases, so even if your app allows many unique end-users under a single paid subscription, we will only count that as 1 paying customer over the 30-day period. Stigg allows an unlimited number of anonymous users (i.e website visitors), users in trial periods or users under free plans.

Stigg’s north star is to help increase your free users into paying customers. Our ultimate commitment to you is that you see growth in paying customers when using Stigg. For that reason, your non-paying users (i.e free users, trial users and anonymous visitors) are unlimited - we don’t charge you for them. We believe that this formula creates an exciting growth alliance between us, and a huge incentive for our team to show real results.

When purchasing our growth plan, you’ll be prompt to select your subscription tiers. These tiers work in in-advance commitments with volume discount. The higher the commitment, the lower the price per subscription.

With Stigg, there’s no penalty for overage usage. We don’t want to punish you for successfully growing your business and exceeding your forecast. Stigg will automatically true-up your tier with the same price per unit. If you want better rates, you can always true-up and commit to a higher tier with better volume discount.

Processed data equates broadly to “Written and Read” data. You write data when you ingest it into Stigg. You read data when Stigg calculates and report back computed usage. Will every single query cost ? No, only the "productive" ones, or those you expose through APIs.

You can calculate your existing paying customers and calculate how many you expect to see over the course of the next month/year.

Months are calculated based on when you start your plan. If you start a plan on March 11th, you’ll be charged on the 11th of every month. If you start on the 31st , you’ll be charged on the last day of every month. If you upgrade your plan, you’ll be charged a prorated amount for the partial month, and your next month’s bill will include the upgrade as part of your monthly charge.
